Are your products official Disney merchandise?
Yes! All our products are officially licensed Disney merchandise, guaranteed to bring authentic Disney magic to your home.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every package from Fantasy Room Designs comes with our special touch! While we don’t offer traditional gift wrapping, we carefully wrap each item with love and often include a little surprise Disney touch to make your unboxing experience magical.
Magical Tip: Include a gift message during checkout for an extra personal touch!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two magical shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days)
Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after processing
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re proud to ship our Disney magic globally, bringing joy to fans from Queens to Queensland! Currently, we’re unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and particularly remote locations (our pixie dust has its limits).
How long does order processing take?
Each order receives our special Fantasy Room Designs touch! Processing takes just 1-2 days as we:
1. Personally inspect every item
2. Carefully package your treasures
3. Prepare your shipping notification with tracking information

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
While we’re confident you’ll love your Disney products, we understand that sometimes magic needs adjusting. You may return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (return shipping not included).
How do I initiate a return?
Simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] to start the return process. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! While we wrap each item with protective care, if your treasure arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll work our magic to make it right!
