At Fantasy Room Designs, we want every Disney purchase to be as magical as our products. If your item didn’t quite meet your fairy tale expectations, we’re here to help make it right!
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- Item must include all original tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the magic for all our guests, certain items cannot be returned:
- Autograph Books (due to personalization possibilities)
- Cookie Jars & More (for hygiene reasons)
- Dishes and Mugs (unless damaged in transit)
- Coloring Books that show signs of use
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, please ship your return to:

Include your RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Disney treasure arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
