• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing.

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide except to some parts of Asia and remote locations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
• Proof of purchase is required

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Autograph Books (due to personalization)
• Cookie Jars & More (hygiene reasons)
• Dishes and Mugs (unless damaged)
• Coloring Books showing signs of use
• Items marked “Final Sale”

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
